We are a Manitoba-based company owned by a large group of dedicated Manitoba cattle producers focused on delivering premium, nutritious beef to your table. We each have decades of experience in this business, raising the highest quality cattle for market. Our team also includes beef industry veterans who give us some of the best expertise in producing and marketing various brands of premium beef here in Manitoba.

Together, we've created a modern, efficient company to bring the best tasting, highest quality beef to Manitobans in stores, restaurants and directly via our website and our plant’s storefront retail operation.

By owning the entire value chain - from gate to plate - we control every stage of production, which means value and quality for you and your family. At the same time, we also believe we can breathe new life into our province's troubled cattle industry.

We first started thinking of Keystone Processors back in 2003 when it had become clear to us that the old way of doing business wasn't working any more. Farmers like us worked long and hard to raise cattle, but it seemed all the profits were earned after the animals left our farms.

We've come a long way, and are proud to be the first new Manitoba beef facility to come to market in a generation...we're taking the bull by the horns and are proud to offer our products to you and your family.

Using the latest food safety processes and protocols including complete gate to plate traceability, Keystone Processors is building one of the most advanced beef facilities in North America right here in Manitoba. We're investing today to bring our premium brand of Manitoba beef to consumers.
